Bread: Our bread and pastries are sourced from a local Sourdough Bakery. This is artisan baking and pastry at its finest.
Jasper Coffee: Fairtrade & organic coffee with an emphasis on sustainable, carbon neutral practices.
Eggs: Our free range eggs are locally sourced from Gippsland Eggs. A farm to table, small family run business in Gippsland. Happy chickens laying the best eggs.
Fruit & Veg: Our fruit and veg is from local family run business, Carter Brothers Silvan High quality produce that is market fresh, every day.
